As COO Rachel Raymond explains, “Regenerative agriculture is a style of feed or crop production that improves agricultural soils, reduces emissions and ‘draws down atmospheric carbon dioxide’. The support programs on offer includes a carbon credit program, training services, site visits, grain quality testing and crop pricing tools.
Regenerative practices are rapidly emerging as a way to improve resilience – in the food system but also beyond it – while reducing emissions and achieving multiple benefits across society. Scaling these practices is now an urgent task. The first tier of support from Indigo Agriculture is available for free and open to any growers in the US, while higher tiers are only available in selected regions.
